At Tini Treats, we take pride in serving high-quality food and providing a positive experience at every event. Because our products are prepared fresh and many of our services require advance preparation, we operate under the following refund policy:
Event Bookings & Catering Services
Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits secure your event date and allow us to schedule staff, purchase supplies, and prepare equipment.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 3-5 days of the event are eligible for a partial refund or credit, due to perishable goods and time already invested.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for refund or credit, due to perishable goods and time already invested.
Rescheduling
• You may request to reschedule an event at no additional charge if the new date is available.
• Reschedule requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the event date.
Day-Of-Event Issues
If an issue occurs due to weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside our control (e.g., restrictions by HOA, city, school, or venue), refunds are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to continue service or find an alternative setup.
If an issue occurs on our end, we will work directly with you to make it right—this may include a partial refund, credit, or alternate service depending on the situation.
Product Refunds for Market or Pop-Up Sales
Because all food is made fresh to order:
• We do not offer refunds for completed food orders.
• If you are unsatisfied with your order at a market or pop-up, please let us know immediately so we can address the concern on the spot.
Digital Products or Merchandise
If we sell any branded items, accessories, or digital goods in the future:
• Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a refund.
• Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
